- All sales are final. No changes or cancellations are allowed. Charges (fees + sales tax) are non-refundable.
- All fans must abide by the rules of conduct of the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum; failure to do so will result in expulsion and the cost of their ticket and fees will not be refunded.

- Crowds will not be allowed in the corridors or on the stairs of the Colosseum.
- Infants under 1 year old enter free and sit on the lap of an adult or guardian.
- Children aged 2 and over pay the regular price.
- Lost, stolen, or mutilated tickets will not be honored.
- Re-entry to the Coliseum will not be permitted after your ticket has been validated.
- No horns, buzzers or whistles are allowed.
- The entry of blunt or sharp objects that could be used as weapons to attack others is not permitted.
- Discounted tickets for seniors or disabled persons must be purchased directly at the box office or by calling the Ticketera call center at 787-305-3600.
- Entry is not permitted to hooded or masked persons or those who otherwise have their faces covered or hidden.
- The sale of tickets by third parties is not authorized.
- We reserve the right of admission.
