Ticket Purchase

Where can I buy my tickets?

You can buy your tickets through our website  www.ticketera.com

If the event venue has a physical ticket office, as is the case with the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, you can purchase tickets there. In such cases, you should check the ticket office’s operating hours directly with the venue.

Once you choose the event you wish to attend, you can select from the available inventory* by these categories:

  • General Admission
  • Choose a numbered seat
  • Ticket value

*Options vary depending on the space and the event.

For concert or show purchases at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Coca Cola Music Hall, you can view the seating diagram to more easily identify and choose your seats.

Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive two (2) emails: one confirming your purchase and another containing your tickets. You can present your e-ticket from your mobile phone or a printed copy at the event entrance. Tickets purchased with this service are NOT available for pickup at the box office.

For high-demand events, once you make your purchase you will only receive a purchase confirmation email. Tickets will be sent by email five (5) days prior to the event date, for security reasons. This also applies to all events held at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Coca-Cola Music Hall.

For security reasons, for events held at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico and the Coca-Cola Music Hall, two (2) emails are sent: one as a purchase confirmation and another, five (5) days prior to the event date, containing your tickets. For high-demand events held at other venues, tickets may also be sent five (5) days prior to the event date.

In some cases, if the event venue has a physical ticket booth, as is the case with the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Coca-Cola Music Hall, and the event promoter chooses to offer this sales option, you can purchase tickets in person at that location. In these cases, you should check the box office’s operating hours directly with the venue.

The promoter of each event sets the sales hours and communicates them in the event promotion and through our website.

Ticket price and service charges

Who determines the ticket price?
Ticketera® does not set ticket prices. The event promoter is responsible for determining the ticket prices for their event.
The event promoter is responsible for determining the availability of their inventory.

Yes. Tickets purchased through Ticketera® are subject to service charges and other additional fees that are not necessarily optional. Service charges and additional fees may vary by event or venue. Under no circumstances will service charges be refunded, even if the event is canceled or postponed.

The purchase confirmation details all order charges, as required by applicable law. Ticket prices, service charges, and additional fees are subject to sales tax (Puerto Rico only).

Claims and Refunds

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

No. All sales are final. No cancellations or changes can be made to orders that have already been processed.

Event cancellations are regulated by the Office of Public Entertainment Promoter Services of the Department of the Treasury (only in Puerto Rico). The date, time, and location of the event are subject to change. Should any of the aforementioned changes occur, the promoter will be responsible for refunding the ticket price and any applicable taxes. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If an event is canceled or postponed, the event promoter is responsible for notifying attendees of the changes and providing refund instructions through a communication channel. Service charges and related taxes are non-refundable.
Ticketera® operates as a ticketing service provider and sales agent for the event promoter. The event promoter may make changes to the event, including cancellation or postponement. However, Ticketera® has already provided ticketing services prior to these changes and has incurred operational expenses in providing that service.
No reprints of general admission tickets are made, nor is access to the event provided.
The ticket holder must file a police report detailing the lost or stolen tickets. They must then present the report number and a valid photo ID at the event’s box office to receive replacement tickets. It will be verified that no other customer has gained access to the event with the tickets reported in the police report.
